We will use contactless methods to collect & deliver your garments. This means our drivers will not come in contact with you when we collect or deliver your garments.  

 

Payment is made before delivery, over the telephone via all major Credit/Debit card. We do not accept cash or cheque payments. 

 

Please make sure all your garments are in disposable bags (bin bags are ideal), with a list of all your contact details included in the bag. Then place your bags safely and securely outside your home at your allotted collection time. We will give you an estimated hours collection time when you book a collection.  

 

Please be aware, our collection & delivery days have been impacted by Coronavirus. We are currently only able to offer a weekly service. 

 

Currently (accurate 5th January 2021) our collection & delivery days are as follows: 

 

Exmouth = Monday mornings 8:30am to 11:30am 

 

Exeter = Tuesday & Friday mornings 8:30am to 12pm 

 

Budleigh Salterton = Monday afternoon 12pm to 3pm 

 

East Budleigh, Otterton, Sidmouth, Newton Poppleford, Ottery St Mary, West Hill, Whimple, Feniton & Honiton = Wednesday mornings 8am to 12pm 

 

Topsham, Exton, Ebford, Woodbury, Woodbury Salterton & Lympstone = Wednesday afternoons 12pm to 3pm 

We have implemented strict COVID-19 secure social distancing measures to ensure everyone's safety! 

Each entrance door is a serving area for 1 customer at a time! With a limited shop area, we would kindly ask all our customers to wait outside if both serving areas are full! 

In March 2020 we created a 2 metre safe zone in our shop – highlighted by our black tape on the floor. Please make sure you are behind the black line when we come to serve you! 

Please bring your garments into us in a bag - bin bags would be perfect! Place all garments inside the black line – bulky items, or on the counter – smaller items. Then leave them for us to take away with the correct Personal Protective Equipment. 

You must wear a mask. We will be wearing face masks and gloves at all times. 

We will only accept contactless card or phone payments! We will not accept cash or cheques! 

We will be sanitising our shop area after every customer – please bear with us as this is not a quick process!
